Anna is a Clinical Psychologist and mindfulness practitioner, Anna’s specialist expertise focuses on group and individual performance enhancement through psychological well-being and stress management.

UK trained, with over 15 years of related experience, Anna has applied her skills in education, academic and healthcare settings. Within the human capital field, she embeds initiatives which support leaders and teams to deliver outcomes through improved focus, creativity, clarity and communication.

Integrating her clinical psychology background and cognitive behavioural techniques with mindfulness tools, Anna cilitates individuals, groups and organisations to implement strategies which manage stress, boost well-being and maximise talent and productivity.

With a post doctoral specialism in Neuropsychology, Anna is qualified in individualised psychometric and behavioural assessment, skills and competency analysis. She is experienced in designing and leading workshops for both professional and personal development. As an author, Anna has published papers in respected academic journals and presented at international scientific conferences.

Over the past 12 years, Anna has sharpened her ability to adapt these clinical methods and approaches to accommodate different cultural contexts by working in the UK, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Japan and The Middle East.

Anna holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from The University of London as well as a Post Doctoral Diploma in Clinical Neuropsychology from the Institute of Psychiatry, UK. Anna is registered with the licensing body for Health Care and Professionals Council in the UK (“HCPC”) and is a member of The British Psychological Society.
