Jennifer leads our Sales Enablement practice and joined Freshstone Consulting February 2016. She has been a successful international sales executive, later a sales manager and now dedicates her focus on coaching sales teams and sales management to increase their sales performance in their target markets.

Before moving to Dubai, UAE, Jennifer has lived and worked in 8 countries first as an educator and later transitioned into sales in the media sector.

In 2009, Jennifer founded her first sales consultancy to help B2B businesses increase their revenue during the recession. Jennifer’s key areas of expertise include:

  • Identify sales team’s weaknesses
  • Creation of organization’s sales processes and supporting sales tools
  • Sales training and coaching sales teams to increase performance
  • Design online and offline sales coaching sessions

Jennifer offers sales performance and sales enablement coaching to businesses that want to ensure their sales teams exceed targets. She has helped companies in the Oil & Gas, Facilities Management, Health & Safety, Media (online and offline), Business Services, Security, Manufacturing, Technical, Technology Leisure, and Retail sectors.

She has coached sales teams based in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Egypt, Lebanon, Morocco, Sri Lanka and South Africa.

Jennifer was educated in her home state of Texas in the United States, and holds a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of New Jersey.
