JENNIFER BAXAVANIS

Jennifer leads our Sales Consulting practice and joined Freshstone in February 2016. She is a sales performance coach that focuses on enhancing the performance of sales professionals. She helps them to win more business through a buyer-focused sales process in B2B and B2C markets.

Education is where it all started for Jennifer. She started her career as a teacher in American schools around the world. Later she transitioned to sales in the media sector, building a successful track record in short tactical mandates in Mexico, Greece, Portugal, Malaysia and Nigeria.

In all of these markets, Jennifer generated revenue by first gaining the support of high-ranking government officials to her media initiative, and then using a tailored sales approach to close “on-the- spot” advertisement sales with the CEOs of large flagship companies in the oil and gas and telecommunications sectors.

Jennifer moved to Dubai in 2007, where she was Head of Sales for the Middle East for a prominent oil and gas magazine. She pushed the magazine to grow in sales through her team. The November 2008 ADIPEC issue broke the magazine´s sales record, exceeding all past targets.

In 2009, Jennifer founded a sales consultancy to help B2B businesses increase their revenue during the recession. Jennifer´s key areas of expertise include increasing revenue through the strict application of a buyer-focused selling method in face-to- face meetings, creating tailored sales processes that win business on-the- spot with buyers, implementation of evergreen sales tools tailored for each client, and coaching individual sales professionals.

Jennifer offers sales performance coaching to businesses that want to ensure their sales teams exceed targets. She has helped companies in the Oil & Gas, Facilities Management, Health & Safety, Media (online and offline), Business Services, Security, Manufacturing, Leisure, and Retail sectors. She has coached sales teams based in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Egypt, Lebanon, Morocco, Sri Lanka and South Africa.

Jennifer was educated in her home state of Texas in the United States, and holds a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of New Jersey.
